Fayway Products operates on a strict and final No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy for all purchases, without exception. All sales are final once an order is placed and processed.

This policy is absolute and is designed to maintain our low prices and ensure operational efficiency. It applies universally to all sales channels, including our website, third-party marketplaces, and any other point of sale.

2. Specific Application to Color Selection

We understand that color perception can vary between digital screens. Therefore, we place the highest importance on the customer’s responsibility to review their order before completing the purchase.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the correct product, including the specific color name and code (e.g., “Midnight Blue” #003366), is selected in their shopping cart before finalizing payment.
  • Order Confirmation: The order confirmation email you receive serves as a final verification of your selected options. We strongly advise you to review this email carefully immediately upon receipt.
  • No Exceptions for Color: We do not accept returns, refunds, or facilitate exchanges for items based on color discrepancy, including but not limited to:
    • The color appears different on their monitor versus in person.
    • The wrong color was accidentally selected by the customer during the ordering will be refunded if the customer emails us within 24 hours after the order is placed.
